1. Return Eligibility:

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

Include the RA number with your returned item(s).

Our support team will validate your return request in 24 – 48 hours.

We will be arranging for your return to be picked up in 7-8 business days post-validation of the request.

3. Refunds:

Refunds will be processed after the returned item(s) is/are inspected. Once approved, a credit will be issued to your original payment method, excluding shipping and handling fees.

Please allow [7-10] business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Damaged or Defective Items:
